Thinking of a deck for modern. In a similar way to TarmoTwin, I want to provide an early threat, (in the form of an imprinted Isochron Scepter) from there, when the opponent taps mana to deal with the early threat, a later threat can be landed, in the form of the bell ringer/kiki-jiki/restoration angel/splinter twin
