Is this viable in the new meta?

If not, how could it become so? I have yet to really delve into BFZ, or even Origins for that matter, so if there's anything new out there that could benefit something like this, please let me know! Trying to keep everything relatively low cost.

I'm still pretty new to Magic. I played Mono-Red before Theros rotated out, and I'm trying to figure out ways to use that card base in the new Standard to get back into the mix. I realize Atarka Red is an option, but the idea of flooding the board with tokens with multiple copies of Impact Tremors/Outpost Siege out continues to intrigue me and I would appreciate any insight to help exploit that.
