A great commander for a great format (imo.) Everything that can be said about Alesha has been said before. Obviously the 3/2 first strike is good, but hot damn that activated ability tho.

Rundown

Sac Outlets: We have access to very good sac outlets, all of which have a very positive effect on our game. Viscera Seer providing a much appreciated scry, Carrion Feeder has the potential to get huge, Cartel Aristocrat has insane evasion and Attrition is just straight gross.

Sac fodder/ Exit the battlefield effects: Both Dragon Fodder and Lingering Souls provide tokens to either chump block or sacrifice with. Tuktuk the Returned is the premium target to sacrifice. getting that 5/5 is HUGE! Especially in this format. Doomed Traveler and Mogg War Marshal both leave tokens behind after they've been used.

Enter the Battlefield effects: Now for the meat of the deck. This deck thrives on ETB effects. Anathemancer is great against certain decks namely other 3 color decks. Blade Splicer is an all star, in fact he is one of the best cards we have when it comes to building a board presence, a 3/3 for only two hybrid BW mana when we are reanimating is nothing to sneeze at. Bone Shredder is reoccur-able removal that puts itself in the yard through echo. Chittering Rats can be extremely annoying to play against and provides a very taxing control aspect to our game. Sin Collector is Duress on a stick. Enough said. "A bounce effect? In Red?? don't mind if i do" -Stingscourger

Removal Suite: This is pretty basic for the colors. Smallpox and Innocent Blood are in here because they are usually far worse for our opponents than they are for us.
