This combo is based on sacrificing creatures with grimgrin untill he get gets super strong, all the while doing damage and healing with Blood Artist. Then i play Essence Harvest to do massive damage and heal. Any feedback on a sideboard or something i overlooked in my mainboard would be helpful.

Sideboard: (Yes my sideboard is more than 15 cards right now, it is that way while i playtest this deck against my friends and they don't care about a large sideboard for that reason)

Artful Dodge will make grimgrin unblockable, or even put it on Geralf's Messenger for consistent damage.

Essence Scatter for more countering of creature spells that really hurt my deck like Angel of Jubilation.

Diabolic Revelation would allow me to find another grimgrin late game if the one on the battlefield was exiled.

Duress for early game removal of counters and other important spells.

Bone Splinters for spot removal and sacrifice.

Grave Betrayal because it fits well in the deck as a late game enchantment.

Altar's Reap for more card draw and sacrifice.

Possible weaknesses:

Angel of Jubilation - Directly stops my Gravecrawler and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born combo...

Angel of Glory's Rise - Exiles all zombies... ouch.

Grafdigger's Cage - Also directly stops my Gravecrawler and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born combo...

Rest in Peace - Also directly stops my Gravecrawler and Grimgrin, Corpse-Born combo...

Board wipes like Mutilate or Killing Wave might suck, but if I have a Diregraf Captain and/or Blood Artist on the battlefield I would deal massive damage to my opponent by letting all my creatures die.

Terminus and other exiling board wipes - would be a thorn in my side but I could still survive it, hopefully my next card draw would be a zombie(Ideally Grimgrin, Corpse-Born) and I could bring any gravecrawlers back from my graveyard.
