That's one of my first decks I created. It's a monoblack sacrifice deck, that aims at low but constant damage/lifegain in the early game and a finisher combo if you got enough mana.
You start with 1 Mana creatures like Death Cultist, Blood Pet , Bile Urchin or Deathgreeter.
Whenever you block with those you can sacrifice them if they would die. That provides a nice damage output to your opponent and a good lifegain for yourself to survive the first rounds of the game. Especially if you have Blood Artist out you can punish him for attacking you.
If you run out of creatures just cast Immortal Servitude to get them back. You can combine that with sacrificing all your 1 Mana creatures first to reach maximum efficiency. Blood Pet and Phyrexian Altar will provide you with the mana to cast Crypt Ghast to finish your mana base.
Once you have your Swamp, Cabal Coffers and Crypt Ghast out, you have enough mana to play the final card to win the game: Army of the Damned.
You get 13 2/2 Zombies who can be used in some ways:
1. You can just wait until your next turn to attack
2. Sacrifice them with Phyrexian Altar and deal 13 damage with your Blood Artist
3. Use the mana from Phyrexian Altar to flashback your Army of the Damned
If you don't have some of the cards in hand or play look for them with Diabolic Intent.
