The goal of this deck is to get out Hell's Caretaker and sacrifice creatures.

Blood Funnel, and Jarad's Orders exist in this deck to get out Hell's Caretaker and put Deceiver Exarch and Pestermite into the graveyard. Also notable here is Esper Sojourners but you only use him to cycle, and he doesn't combo with the other two, just by himself.

Bread And Butter: Hell's Caretaker + one Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite in the battlefield and one in the graveyard. Then when it's your upkeep tap Hell's Caretaker and sacrifice either Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite, and then bring the second Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite back from the graveyard ( these creatures are interchangeable ) use their enter the battlefield ability to untap Hell's Caretaker Rinse and Repeat! ( the Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite can be replaced by Esper Sojourners, but you need one on the field and one in the graveyard. He is not Interchangeable! )
