My original idea for this deck was a Profaner of the Dead + Ruthless Deathfang combo, returning all of your opponents small creatures to their hand which would lead to them sacrificing one of their large creatures. This would be drawn through sacrificing and replaying Youthful Scholar and Palace Familiar with Gravepurge and Dutiful Attendant.

With scions you can get ramp, easy sacrifice and exploit targets so they're a pretty obvious choice. Because of From Beyond and other scion generation I've decided to put to put It That Betrays in this deck and yes, I know it's bad but it's amazing when you actually pull it off (It That Betrays, Ruthless Deathfang and Eldrazi Scion). And if it gets annoying to have two 12 mana cards in the deck which almost never do anything they can be replaced with another Dragonlord Silumgar and Drowner of Hope.

So overall this deck is played through replaying the same Youthful Scholars and Palace Familiars over and over again into sacrificing lots of scions with a Ruthless Deathfang or Dictate of Erebos in play in order to clear your opponents minions then slowly grinding them down with the only surviving minions.

The Zulaport Cutthroats, Profaner of the Dead and Shambling Goblins will handle aggro very well. Another Dragonlord Silumgars great against controll and a Palace Familiar instead of a Blisterpod will help you get to this draw against slower decks. And if I can't finish off an opponent Zulaport Cutthroats will turn the sacrifice combo into damage as well as removal and another Silumgar Assassin might mean more damage dealt earlier on in the game.

As you've probably noticed the land in this deck is horrible so any suggestions that aren't adding 4 copies of polluted delta or any other excessively expensive land will be very welcome.
