Added 5 dual lands. You can replace the dual lands with basic land and the deck will still perform well (and cost half as much).
Really liking this deck (especially the cost). I am going to build and try in my meta game. Curious as to why it has 77 cards? Also you have curse of blood letting, but no red mana, is the thought on this to use Bitterheart witch and COM to pull it?

Yes and yes to the no-red-mana-issue. It was a recent addition to the deck and I haven't played around with how to otherwise give it mana.
There are multiple options but I haven't tried them yet. Shimmering Groves, manaliths, etc. Something WILL have to be done. Suggestions as to the most efficient way are welcome.
As far as 77 cards... I see it as more in the 60s because most of those curses will be CoM'ed up pretty quickly so that the odds of drawing them aren't very high. Cards that won't be drawn are cards that aren't really there. It's kind of weird. Maybe I could cut it down, but this has been working well. Also, suggestions welcome for that.
I would love if you tried it out and let me know what you thought! Mulligans seem to be common -- you may have to drop to 5 to get a really nice hand, but it's not a big deal. I like to mulligan until I have a CoM (which is pretty likely before getting to 5 cards).

Sphere of the Suns as a 4 of. Turn 4 CoM instead of turn 5. Also fixes your mana since you're 3+ colors with a limited number of dual lands. You could also replace one basic land with one mountain in addition to this since you run Evolving Wilds to fetch it when needed. If you do this, the cards to take out would probably be lands.

Run Mesa Enchantress ... It would give you constant draw power. Always a good thing IMO

I would like to try the mesa enchantress. I overlooked her. She's definitely got a lot of synergy in this deck. As for the sphere of suns, I don't have any of those. My management does need work. I've got a lot of dual lands I can throw in. Hmm.
Thanks for the feedback guys.
@m12fox: What was long?

I am going to give it a shot (have most of the cards for it). My concern with the 77 cards is the probability curve changes dramatically when it comes to drawing cards you may need to survive (control, elixir, creature, etc). Not sure how to cut it down either. Mana curve for black is short too, I would drop the evolving wild for duals if you can.

Definitely going to see what I can do. I personally have a couple drowned catacombs and such. Just trying to keep deck cost down if able (for others).

I was like "ahh, Finally something original!" good job on this deck. I was a little uncertain at first, but once you try it out, you find that it works quite well. Love It!

Thank you! I have the benefit of fresh eyes. I'm new to the game. Therefore I'm not familiar with the tried and true strategies ergo I'm not partial to any of them. I wanted to make a deck that used curses and over time I found creatures could slowly be replaced by spells. Opposing creatures who can't attack need not be blocked. Black cats taught me there are more to walls than big toughness - an enemy who doesn't WANT to attack is for all intents "blocked". The same principle carried over to the witches in that no one wants to kill them. They are amplified in a deck that will kill you quickly with those curses and as such they are great walls. What is NOT conrolled must seriously think twice about attacking. This all leads to an opponent too afraid to attack but too afraid to not attack (as curses kill him and you search for a new one each turn).
Glad you like it!

I modified this (took it down to 61) and came in second in my meta.Took out the witches, pacifism, elixir (although that may go back in), brinks, burden, curse of bloodletting (replaced with curse of pierced heart), sided curse of oblivion, all creatures, evolving wilds, all the control cards
Added 4 day of judgement for creature removal, pristine talisman, sphere of the suns (for more ramp), Pride guardian (blocker that gives 3 life when blocks for 1W), added a few dual lands, added curse of death's hold.
Still needs some tweaking, want to play 4 o-rings, but only had 2 so I used Timely Reinforcements for now. Really like the look on peoples face when they are taking 11 damage at the beginning of the upkeep. Curse of misfortunes is the best card in this deck by far.

By where are they, do you mean that you're not getting them in your hands -- or that you literally can't see them? They're listed in the composition:
8x Island11x Plains6x Swamp2x Isolated Chapel4x Evolving Wilds
Sorry you're having trouble.
