Goal is to play cheap ramp and stax artifacts and abuse Saheeli's 2nd +1 to cheat big artifacts onto the battlefield. Has an artifact reanimator sub-theme to bounce back from removal and also as another way to cheat big artifacts onto the battlefield.

With Saheeli playing things for free that leaves our mana open to protect our board with counters and indestructible enablers.
