UR burn. The deck focuses on sources of damage that hit everyone at once, to deal with the challenge of being up against 3 players worth of life total.

Saheeli pings everyone and gives me card selection, or copies my creatures, for example dealing 12 with a Ball Lightning or getting extra value off of Snapcaster Mage and Abbot of Keral Keep.

Flame Rift in the command zone is a good way to reliably deal a big chunk of damage to all my opponents at once. This could be switched with Price of Progress depending on the meta.

Ral, Storm Conduit can copy Flame Rift or any other damage spell, or even win the game by comboing with Fork, Reverberate, and Expansion / Explosion.
