Hey everybody Here's a Blue/Artifact deck I think everyone can get behind. Sai, Master Thopterist is a cheap pretty RADICAL commander if given the chance I feel. Much of this was taken from another deck with some tweaks made but I, for the life of me, CANNOT remember the name of the deck or find which one it was. Either way I feel this deck may be lacking some sort of competitive edge, but I'm just not sure what adjustment should be made. Please comment below if you have any suggestions, THANKS! :D
