Good Afternoon everyone! Due to the fact that I have recently fallen in love with aggressive deck styles that focus on a particular style or theme I have decided to make a tribal Samurai build. For the most part this deck is supposed to lean more toward casual game play since samurai arent exactly the strongest tribe in modern, but with enough patience and perseverance one can pull out the win. At the moment this deck is looking to follow a simple aggro style beat-down. In the meantime feel free to leave some feedback about the deckchanges that can be made, things you like, etc.
Creatures:
Adaptive Automaton: works as an alternative lord for the Samurai tribe since the only viable one is a six drop.
Araba Mothrider : Provides some evasiveness for early damage.
Battle-Mad Ronin : A quick body who can be pumped later on.
Brothers Yamazaki : one of the more aggressive cards in the deck it works to buff itself to swing for a lot of damage.
Bushi Tenderfoot : A decent one drop with the capacity for a late game flip that can be devastating.
Devoted Retainer : He serves as a simple one drop body with Bushido who can be either a chump blocker or an early damage machine.
Hand of Honor : Probably my favorite card in the deck he is a 2 drop with protraction from black who, when pumped up, can deal a great deal of damage.
Mirror Entity: Works his way into the Samurai tribe through his versatility. He can really ramp up some of the lower cost samurai making them incredibly deadly. He also has decent synergy with Bushi.
Nagao, Bound by Honor : He is going to be the game finisher. Gives all samurai an extra +1/+1 when he attacks. (May be replaced by Takeno, Samurai General ).
Spells:
Aether Vial: Almost a necessity for any aggro style beat-down. Budget Versions of the deck can consider dropping this card.
Lightning Bolt: Duh.
Path to Exile: best spot removal for white.
Shared Animosity: Can really ramp up the aggressiveness of the deck and put the heat on opponents, especially if they decide to block.
