This is a more budget-oriented version of my Samut build for those who are looking to spend less and still create a synergistic Samut deck. I moved away the expesive parts of the mana base and some high-costed cards that are not necessary for the build, like Bloom Tender. However, if this is still too expensive for you, then you are going to have to stray away from cards that I think are very characteristic for the deck, like Captain Sisay
, Zacama, Primal Calamity, Weathered Wayfarer and Aurelia, the Warleader.
