The goal of this deck is to make creatures really big (high power) and use them to deflect off of Boros Reckoner type creatures by using fight mechanics, and to take advantage of power matters spells and abilities.

This deck has the ability to win the game out of nowhere through many different routes that all include creatures with large power.

Samut, Voice of Dissent Show

There are a couple great things to consider when building a deck with Samut.

Samut has double strike! She can carry any buffs to power really well, and a couple of cards in this deck can make commander damage come out of nowhere.

Not only does she help tappers use their ability twice, but she gives them all haste. alot of creatures with tap abilities become alot better, when it becomes a "pseudo etb" ability, rather than having to wait a turn for the creature to use its ability.

Boros Reckoner Shenanigans Show

The deck has alot of ways to trigger Boros Reckoner and his friends, Stuffy Doll Spitemare Mogg Maniac Hornet Nest

The damage doublers, Gratuitous Violence Furnace of Wrath and Dictate of the Twin Gods work really well here, as the damage is doubled when it is dealt to the creature, and then doubled again when the creature sends that damage to a target.

The first way we can trigger Boros Reckoner is through fight mechanic cards. This list includes: Brawl

Predatory Urge is especially nice since Samut can untap

Ulvenwald Tracker Can also be untapped by Samut

Living Inferno

These cards are somewhat narrow, as many fight cards have to target an opponent's creature.

We also have a few cards that can use a "lure" effect to bring your opponents creatures to deal lethal damage to the Boros Reckoner . These cards are Odric, Master Tactician and Shinen of Life's Roar

It's nice to protect the team, as well as give your Boros Recokners indestructibility, so we slotted in some cards, Boros Charm Darksteel Plate and Heroic Intervention

Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder with an indestructible Boros Reckoner is an infinite life combo.

We have also slotted in damage based board wipes, as another way to deal tremendous amounts of damage to the faces of our enemies. Star of Extinction Blasphemous Act and Subterranean Tremors can do some heavy lifting.

Volcano Hellion can simply be an instakill.

Power Matters dumb stuff Show

We need some big dumb guys with our Boros Reckoner and co, and this developed into a power matters theme.

Brion Stoutarm is a real house here, as we can send our creatures to their face, and gain alot of life.

The deck has numerous cards that boosts a creature's power and toughness.

Thriss, Nantuko Primus is a childhood favorite of mine. It can boost a creature to lethal with two taps from samut. It also makes Samut a one shot commander damage! Not bad for seven mana

Xenagos, God of Revels is a great way to bring some more power to the board

Living Inferno Can wear buffs well and do a one sided board wipe with ease

Serra Avatar is a hilarious fling card, also great for deflecting toward your opponents

Godsire is a big dumb dude that Samut loves

Trample is at a premium, so we included some of those cards as well!

Neheb, the Eternal Is a great way to ramp when so much damage is being dealt.
