My first card given to me was a lowly Thallid. He has quite the family now...

My play group takes things somewhat slowly; so, this is not going to be the fastest deck, and I don't need it to be. It does have a turn-4 win scenario, but you'd be needing to draw a miracle hand.

The primary win condition is simple, swarm the warmbloods with spore-babies. There are many ways to do this, many of which create infinite recursion once two or more of the mana/doubling engines come into play: Ashnod's Altar + Doubling Season is the obvious power coupling, but others work. Especially that cute Utopia Mycon who is often overlooked.

The secondary win condition is to make Ghave, Guru of Spores big and hit the command damage threshold. Death's Presence + Pallid Mycoderm or Nemata, Grove Guardian is often overlooked and can turn Ghave into a giant with 5-6 sacrificed saprolings.

We got some options to troll in here, too; Dictate of Erebos in a deck where you sac dozens of tokens a turn? Yes, there will be rage.

Upgrade paths: If someone wants to take this already pricey deck and throw more money at it here are some ideas:

• Lands: Yes, my land selection is garbage. I know, but I ran out of money.
• Mana Accelerators: Land tutors and a Chromatic Lantern would not be misplaced.
• Deck Tutors: Yes, there's a splash of black in here that is vastly underutilized.

Less pricey paths:

• More utility from die/enter the graveyard effects; numerous good options there with many flavors to suit your play-style.
