You'll definitely want to read the description for this to make sense.

This deck is for a house-modified EDH format, where a planeswalker is used as a general. It functions identically to EDH with the following exceptions.

1) It uses the vintage ban list with one addition: Time Vault. This card makes Tezzeret the Seeker too good.

2) To make some attempt at balance, the general costs 3 more to play each additional time it is cast from the graveyard instead of 2.

3) In lieu of general damage (a mechanic of which I've always thought poorly), the planeswalker enters the battlefield with one additional loyalty for each time it is recast.

Our playgroup has opted to play without sideboards.

For those of you who are already thinking about what this means in terms of deck construction, it should be obvious that blue is extremely powerful, and only a fool would not be playing it. In fact, it seems almost certain that the best generals are Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Tezzeret the Seeker , Dack Fayden, Narset Transcendent, Kiora, the Crashing Wave, Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, Sarkhan Unbroken, and Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker.

Tezzeret the Seeker used to stand alone as the king of this format. With Time Vault in the deck, your general is a one-card combo that you always draw. We recently banned Time Vault for this reason, so it will be interesting to see how to meta shifts (especially since running creatures is becoming more viable).

I used to play Vraska the Unseen, but I grew tired of being so underpowered and decided to switch to this new wonderful 3-color planeswalker. He kind of sucks, but the card selection for Temur is beautiful. My goal is to make this deck all beef. Any suggestions? I'm especially interested in more efficient win-cons. I'd like to keep a decent focus on creatures, though, since creature removal is not a thing right now.
