How do you feel about card draw / ramp in here? I dont see too much. I am assuming its because your opponents are dropping so fast. Do you think if this was adjusted for a 4 player game you would include more draw/ramp to take into consideration perhaps a longer game or

Hey man! I’m new to Magic, and your deck has really caught my attention. I’m definitely going to make a version of it that I can afford.
As for card recommendations, how about Grand Abolisher, Haktos the Unscarred, and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell?
Keep updating this! I will be following along. It’s people like you that make this game easier to get into.

Hey MacabreMayhem! When I look at the card draw I also consider the tutors. Often they are more helpful to find the particular card I need in any situation. As you say, with such fast games drawing a couple cards is less helpful than tutoring. The ramp is something else I've also changed around. The problem with ramping early turns is that it just gets Saskia out into a board by herself. To really be effective I need turn 2 and 3 to develop my board.
If I were to change it for a 4 player game I'm not sure exactly how I'd do that. I have found it does better in 4 player games than I expected. Maybe more ramp to try to make use of the higher cmc spells?

Hi MasterXehanort!
Taking a quick look here at your deck and I think the first cuts should be True Conviction, Behind the Scenes and Klothys, God of Destiny.

Sughes, Thank you very much for your kind words, it really means a lot. Its nice to know that the work to update this is helping people!
As for your suggestions, Grand Abolisher is a really good defensive card, and was in the deck for a long time. I found him just sitting in my hand a lot as he's less aggro than most of my other options at 2. Even when he was out, people don't have a hard time playing around it. There are for sure some games I could have won if he were out, but it felt like the number of games where he made a big difference were low.
Haktos is so, so close to being in, he's just missing a few key things. First, he is a dreaded 4 drop. Turn 4 is when I have to play Saskia, so all other 4 drops have to be considered as turn 5 plays. Anything in that part of the game really needs to have a massive effect on the board or have haste. Better yet both! Haktos comes in and just sits there for a turn looking cool.
Torbran is one of my favourite cards, and I even built him as a commander for his own deck. He isn't quite right for this deck since he shares the same problems as Haktos, and has an even harder casting cost.
I really do appreciate the thought provoking suggestions! If you ever upload any decks yourself I'd love to take a look at them. Thanks again.

So I've been looking at it for a bit, if you're painting a large target on your back, Conqueror's Flail for Rotting Regisaur . I feel like yes the Regisaur is a big body, but the deck already struggles keeping cards in hand. I also had some issues with Zirgo but I also see why he's there, because you can hit for 7 minimum or force someone to take block, but the issue is that he's very squishy, it's pretty much just a strong burn spell for a turn for 5 cmc. The last card I struggled with was Mirri's Guile it's just a budget Sylvan Library

Hey Bunsher, Conqueror's Flail is a pretty good suggestion, and was in the deck. I cut it for Embercleave, but it could definitely get back in. I just didn't want too many equipment.
I usually only have to discard one or two cards to Regisaur, after that I can only everything out before I have to discard. Also, 7 is the minimum but 14 is the norm. Same for Zurgo, if they sink removal into killing him that's fine because he's already attacked at least once.
You are right about Mirris Guile, but the 1cmc makes a big difference here. I really just use it to smooth land drops and I don't want to waste my second turn when I could be playing threats.

First off I love your list and it has been a great inspiration for my Saskia deck.
So i wanna hear your thoughts on the newly spoiled Chaos Dragon as I feel it would be a great fit

Also what is your thoughts on Kazando Mammoth as it can easily become a 7/7

Hey KappaDiem! Thank you for the kind words, it means a lot. I'm glad I could help.
Those cards are both ones I considered actually! They're kinda similar sort of.
I really had to talk myself out of getting really excited about chaos dragon. It seems like a really great include, but that RNG might be too much for it to be reliable. I will probably test it out though.
The mammoth was another tough choice. It's so close, and as you say, can be a 7/7. But there will be a lot of times when it's just a 3/3. That RNG again makes it unreliable. If it had other upside, like a keyword or even the land on the back coming in untapped, it would probably be in the deck. Although, I did just get the rest of the fetch lands. So the odds of getting that 7/7 are much better than they were before. I may have to give them both a shot!

Nice saskia deck I'm taking some inspiration from it for mine, I thought I'd suggest swords to plowshares over path to exile since path is ramping your opponent and is going to put them closer to a boardwipe or a higher curve card they need to restabilize, swords might seem contrary to the game plan but your usually not going to be giving your opponent any amount of life that's going to make a difference

Really nice deck. I have a Saskia deck very similar to yours, but I play multiplayer, so some of the cards I have are different to yours. Nevertheless, I think I can give you some insight form my experience.
IMO the dreadhorde butcher is too slow. It's basically a 2/2 for 2 if you are not unlucky and everyone has blockers, and a useless drop later on. For me it's severely outclassed by other 2 drops as Dauthi voidwalker, werewolf packleader, and in multi, even kavu predator (that is bonkers), tarmogoyf, skyshroud warbeast, fiend artisan or , if you have tons of pillowforts in your meta, as I do, outland liberator. The same happens for me with the accorder paladin and the honored crop-captain, but that is probably due to my multiplayer experience. I tend to think that 2 drops are pretty lackluster, so now, I'm trying to jump directly to 3 drops with ignoble hierarch, deathrite shaman, and carpet of flowers, but maybe you find that useless in single.
Concerning the 3 drops, in multi the coastline marauders, the roting regisaur and gideon blackblade are also outclassed by taurean mauler, managorger hydra, wilderness elemental, adeline, resplendent cathar, nighthawk scavenger, or even war elemental. In single maybe these cards won't perform as well.
It's important to get value out of your creatures in multi so cards that give you card advantage like toski, bearer of secrets azra oddsmaker, laelia, the blade reforged, augur of autumn, radha, heart of keld, florian, voldaren scion, dark confidant and lurrus of the dream den make you gain enough resources.
Having guardian project or the great henge on the board normally means a victory. They are incredible way more powerful than the sword of fire and ice which in my opinion is slow and you risk a waste of mana. I did cut all my equipments for other things and my stoneforge as well. They were not impactful at all, the only one I liked was the conqueror's flail to avoid the dreadful settle the wreckage, aetherize, aethersputs and so.
Haste enablers, at least in multi, are mandatory so rhythm of the wild and the new reckless stormseeker are really good.
Zurgo and zagras for me are also cuts. In multi they just don't perform as well.
I hope this is not too long, but I found your deck very interesting and I thought that maybe my multiplayer vision could help you.

DrMengueche your suggestions sound interesting as i also sometimes run my Saskia deck in some 4 player pods. Do you have a list i could take a look at?
Also i am not sure i would say that Coastline Marauders is bad in multiplayer as it can deal a ton of damage for a 3-drop and late game it can be encored to get the last damage through.
Also here is my list if you want to give some feed back on it deck

KappaDiem your deck is super nice!
I didn't mean Coastline marauders are bad, for me they are just outclassed but I sometimes include them too. I like to make regular changes to my deck to make it feel fresh everytime. The deck that I have now is this.
I didn't have it posted here so I just uploaded it. I have to deal with tons of enchants and the deck has more enchant hate than I like. But when I play with random people I change the hate for other stuff depending on the group and my mood.

They just dropped Kamigama : Neon Dynasty. Are there any new cards you are experimenting with from the set ?

Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite can pump your whole team while obliterating your opponents smaller creatures. Also if you like battle cry you can use Hero of Bladehold!
