Sassy and Sanguine (B/R Vampire Madness Aggro)

Standard* Aggro BR (Rakdos) Discard Tribal Vampires

Novesone

Sideboard

Warning: Bad puns included all over the deck. Even in name. You've been warned!

Greetings and welcome to this bloody good (at least i hope) Standard deck. Standard with madness in it is going mad and Vampires are cards that mostly discard or have madness, so why not have some good oldishly new vampire aggro with awesome Madness as main engine? So, if you allow me, i'll guide you through my mansion... eh, sorry deck... (remember you've been warned about the puns. There is no escape now.)

Madness Enablers

Ravenous Bloodseeker I didn't like this card much when i started brewing, but after few tests, it proved to be far, far, far better than i expected. Able to discard anytime, while pumping himself, makes him preferable engine for damage .

Heir of Falkenrath   Delver is back in black, and it supports Madness now. Yeah, it isn't THE Delver, but it's still ridicoulusly broken for us. Discarding anytime, and transforms into 3/2 with evasion? Brilliant.

Falkenrath Gorger Not your average enabler, since it doesn't discard BUT it opens up ways new cards to be mad with. It's also our very only 1drop and potential early beater.

Olivia, Mobilized for War Our beloved party-thrower has put on her fancy armor and is going to war. But, to the thing, 3/3 flyer for 3 is aggresive and supah-strong, and she can even buff stuff heavily, while enabling madness. It has all we want: Aggresivity, Tempo and Enabling.

Tormenting Voice Basic draw spell, speeding you up, filling the hole that is in your hand after aggresive synergy, enables... Cute card.

Lightning Axe There is never enough creature hate in standard, and this card hates a lot. It's another enabler, and can clear the board from any resistance including Reality Smasher or Thought-Knot Seer

Madness Cards

Incorrigible Youths "At my young times..." We ate people and had too many eyes and fingers. Possibly our best madness card, being a huge beater for just 3 and also being able to be played as finisher in late game. Well, life is easy when you're young.

Asylum Visitor Knock, knock, get the door, it's the filler! This card's can be aggresive and gets us draws, which is always nice, since we are many times left with empty hand. However, it's the card i side out most, since it isn't that good vs. control and decks that like to keep their hand full, and almost EVERY deck likes to keep hands full.

Fiery Temper Yeah, this isn't THE bolt, but it's still card to play in standard, since every bolt is good bolt. It's our cheapest madness, and most flexible one.

Other

Grasp of Darkness Sweet removal and in current meta it's more than awesome. It art explains itself - just kill all the pesky Eldrazi.

Olivia's Bloodsworn Remember when this guy's art was spoiled, and everybody thought it's Mikaeus? Well, he isn't at last, but he's still nice card. For us, it's 2/1 with evasion enabling haste for a small cost, which is best for late - game pressure.

Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet Finn, you're... Ehm, sorry (TRAITOR!). Kalitas is our greatest beater, one of those we put out in late game. In this deck, a lot of creatures die and he makes it count. Able to pump himself immensively and gain us needed life for survival, he's certainly a force to be reckoned with.

Mana Base

At first i thought that 24 is going to be too many, but while testing, it was exactly the number. You don't always end up with Madness material on hand, so you have to sacrifice something, and spare lands are exactly the thing.

Sideboard

Duress Imagine, if you're playing against control or deck that uses specific cards to win, there's nothing better to play. Siding in 70% of matches, really great sideboard card, explains itself in game.

Macabre Waltz I won't lie, i would run this card just because it has Liliana dancing with zombie to an Weeeping Angel band, but it gets better, because Dancin' Lili is exactly our survival plan against draggy, creature hating decks.

Self-Inflicted Wound Some sacrificial removal card against heavy creature decks. Nothing special, just a simple color-hate.

Ruinous Path Alright, so after a few test i changed To the Slaughter to these ones. It's mostly because the biggest problem were ramp deck built around Jaddi Offshot to summon giant Dragonlord Atarka or World Breaker. We either must be super-aggresive, or deal with the mess. This card isn't the best one, but it can deal with big-wincon-using-decks.

Stensia Masquerade It's our answer to token and heavy creature deck. They can either chump to a creature with first strike, or they can pump the hunters. It also has madness, and that's sweet addition.

Transgress the Mind Yet another disruption shell card is also good. Gets out big threats - and there are lot of big troublemakers for us in Standard beyond cmc 3, can't even name them all.

Well, that's all for now. I love to hear all of your ideas about this deck, mostly about sideboard. Thank you for your time!

Updates Add

There's been alot of problems with Ramp decks in game 2 or 3, when they sideboard this deck as lot as possible and it's hard to get rid of their big threats in late game. That's why i swapped To the Slaughter for Ruinous Path and also added 1 more to make sure i'll have a proper response in late game. I considered and tested Drana, Liberator of Malakir but she was just too slow and uneffective, though not really bad.
