I would cut the Ring of Xathrid s and 2x Duress for a playset of Stromkirk Noble . You need cheaper creatures for the early game.

i dont think Stromkirk Noble Would be a good choice just because of how little I run red so i was thinking of just putting in Typhoid Rats instead even though he isnt a vampire he still has deathtouch

I was trying to stick to vampires, but that works. However, I think that the growth ability could extend the usefulness of Stromkirk Noble over deathtouch. I think with 4 Dragonskull Summit , you're likely to have the mana base to play the noble.

Tragic Slip and Duress are your 1-drops, despite not being creatures.

T1 Ruin Your Opponents Day is always a good play.
