At its core, this is your basic R/G devotion deck; Big creatures, mana dorks, and burns. but I really like decks that have strong synergy, So I tried to create as much synergy as possible without breaking bank. Some examples include: Whisperer of the Wild's ferocious mechanic lets you have more mana when you have any fatty on the field, which can be used for pumping Savageborn Hydra's or Polukranos, World Eater's ability, playing more creatures or power-ups, or using that excess mana for Clan Defiance. Gruul War Chant is nice because, let's say you aren't drawing any fatties like Terra Stomper, Savageborn Hydra, or Polukranos, World Eater. That's okay! You can use mana dorks like Generator Servant, Burning-Tree Emissary, Mul Daya Channelers, or even Elvish Mystic to beat the snot out of your opponent. Additionally, you can use Xenagos, the Reveler's0 to pump out those 2/2 satyr tokens with haste, which can get ridiculous pretty quickly.Mul Daya Channelers is an interesting card that I recently started to play with. While it does have the drawback of revealing what's coming into your hand and being inconsistent with its abilities, this creature works really well when it does work. Not only does it serve as a mana dork that gives you two mana of any color, it can also serve as fatty in the likelihood that you aren't finding one of those sweet fatties. While I am continually tinkering with this deck, I'd love to hear any suggestions, questions, or comments to improve the deck and help make a better sideboard.
