Thanks for the suggestions, but the list is so tight I'm not sure anything is worth cutting. I'm already pushing the limit at 56 lands, too. I haven't been the biggest fan of Verdeloth the Ancient and Wolfbriar Elemental, though, so I'll try replacing them with Hydra Broodmaster and Rampaging Baloths in a few games. I didn't add the Baloths at first since they're not a mana sink, but I'm willing to give them a shot.

With this many lands in a deck, Rampaging Baloths is something to consider I think. Boundless Realms + Concordant Crossroads + Rampaging Baloths can be a game-ender. Rude Awakening can create a huge army for you from what looks like an empty board. If you aren't on a budget Craterhoof Behemoth + Overwhelming Stampede + Rude Awakening is quite potent if everything resolves. Nessian Game Warden can effectively tutor up a creature for you late game if you find yourself needing some kind of answer or board presence. Finally, a Kalonian Twingrove can potentially create two 42/42s for 6 mana; that's value.
You may also want to think about Extraplanar Lens because all your lands are snow lands. Caged Sun is something I always try to run in a mono-colored deck, and I think it would shine here.
With the absurd amount of mana you look to be producing, having a few more mana dumps would be beneficial. Hydras are the obvious go-to, Polukranos, World Eater with enough mana can be a pseudo board clear and help deal with fliers, Hydra Broodmaster can be an excellent token producer, Hooded Hydra, Lifeblood Hydra, and Vastwood Hydra offer some protection against wrath effects (although Lifeblood Hydra can potentially backfire and deck you), Genesis Hydra can potentially fetch any permanent card from your deck with enough mana, and Mistcutter Hydra can do some real work against those pesky mono-blue decks.
Just some things to consider, but I really like the look of this deck. +1 from me.
