After seeing Meren of Clan Nel Toth, I knew I wanted to switch from Savra, Queen of the Golgari to her.

I also made it 1v1 legal so that means no Sol Ring or Skullclamp

combo's

Nim Deathmantle + Su-Chi and any free sac engine: infinite sac. very good when you have Blood Artist on the board.

Ashnod's Altar + Grave Titan + Nim Deathmantle : infinite sac and tokens

Ashnod's Altar + Avenger of Zendikar + Nim Deathmantle : inifinite sac and colourless mana

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Woodfall Primus + a sac engine: destroy everything. is even better when you have Grave Pact out. but Blood Artist is also fine.

note that even these combo's are infinite. they are all 3 cards and more. they are not easy 2-card combo's. that's why I feel good when they go off. it's hard to get all the pieces on the board in 1 turn. So when one goes off, it's the opponent fault for not stopping it in time.
