This deck is designed as a tempo-based strategy: getting out early threats such as Young Pyromancer and Grim Lavamancer. Once you have established threats, prevent your opponents from doing anything with cards such as Mana Leak and Cryptic Command: keeping them off-balanced and staring down your army of elementals.
