Get heaps of creatures with heaps of counters. Simple, right?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
CREATURES:
Anafenza, the Foremost and Drana, Liberator of Malakir:
Allows us to put counters on a lot of our creatures. Which is, you know, the point of this deck.
Servant of the Scale:
Though it might seem like a lowly common, it is actually quite useful. It will always have counters on it, so when it dies it will boost another creature.
Siege Rhino:
This is an Abzan deck, of course I'm playing Siege Rhino. Plus, it gets even better when it gains counters, because of trample.
Managorger Hydra:
A 3 mana 1/1 trample that gains counters whenever a spell is played (not just an opponent's, your's as well), in addition to all of our other methods. If this isn't dealt with quickly, it can and will get out of control.
Hangarback Walker:
The card that goes in any deck. Abzan counters, UR artifacts, RB sacrifice, UW warriors. Well, maybe not so much the last one. But this card makes full use of all of our methods to gain counters. Also, it's tap ability becomes crazy when we have a Hardened Scales in play.
Den Protector:
It allows us to bring back one card from the graveyard to our hand, which could be a Hangarback Walker that already died, a Hardened Scales that was destroyed or an Abzan Charm that we have already used.
NON-CREATURE CARDS:
Hardened Scales:
Every time we gain counters, we gain an additional one. A lot of the time we are putting many counters on one at a time, so with this we effectively double our output. With more than one out, the effect amplifies for maximum hilariousness.
Abzan Charm:
All three of the options on this card are very useful to us. We can exile a decent target creature, draw two cards to help us get to the good stuff, or put more counters on stuff. Win, win, win.
Citadel Siege:
We will most often choose Khans, to give us another way to create counters, but we still have the option to tap down threat we have no other way to deal with.
Feat of Resistance:
It simply allows us to put a counter on a creature and most likely save a creature from being killed.
Ruinous Path:
It takes care of a threatening creature or an annoying planeswalker, plus we can play it for it's awaken cost for even more counter fun. Potential fun can be had if we awaken a Shambling Vent, making it a potential 6/7 lifelink creature.
Updates Add
Avatar of the Resolute wasn't working quite how I expected, but it still has potential. Sideboarded.
Also, Managorger Hydra overperformed, so I'm taking it up to four.
-1 Siege Rhino
+1 Managorger Hydra
-2 Avatar of the Resolute
+1 Anafenza, the Foremost
+1 Den Protector
