All you need is to drop 3 land and 1 mana artifact (Pentad Prism or Coalition Relic) to summon the Reaper King as the mana fixing I set up will allow you to to cast him with any combination of land and pendant you pick up.

If you dont pull up Reaper King with the digs then you could use Fabricate to tutor him out then just cast all the 1 drop scarecrows you can destroying all their permanents.
