Either way, Unsubstantiate really shouldn't be a four-off. Get Remand if you can, or go up on your Mana Leak and/or Blessed Alliance. I'd try and find room the last Serum Visions and get more Celestial Collonade since there isn't much card advantage in the average Spirits deck. As far as sideboard, I'd like to see Rest in Peace and Stony Silence.

Arorsthrar it's budget except for what I already had on hand. If it's not there already, I don't have the higher price option (i.e. Remand, fourth Serum Visions, etc). Having Kira, Great Glass-Spinner would be great for example but I just don't have one and people don't trade her for cardboard.Miscounted how many Mana Leak I actually had, once I get the other two I'm going up to a set and dropping two Unsubstantiate. Relic of Progenitus is there instead of Stony Silence and Kataki, War's Wage instead of Stony Silence.

Nebelgast Herald is great for instant speed tapping, Phantasmal Image for more Drogskol Captain action, possibly Spirit of the Labyrinth for anti-draw (unless you add card draw), and Eidolon of Rhetoric as sideboard hate against Storm.
