Creature (2)

Yes, I'm planning to acquire shock-lands and what-not for this deck.

The purpose of this deck is to pump creatures like Nivix Cyclops and Guttersnipe with cheap instants/sorceries like Dynacharge to deal heavy damage to the opponent. In the meanwhile, getting out Chronic Flooding on some Opponents lands. then, cipher Hidden Strings on to Nivix for Heavy Hit Shenanigans!
also, Ral Zarek for his Tap and Untap effect.

Things I'm looking for:
1. Turn this into modern

                                 Breakdown

Creatures

Nivix Cyclops - The Main Win-con of this Deck. Good blocker, With an effect that can get scary.

Guttersnipe - A annoying leech.

Nivmagus Elemental - Now this card im not too sure about. Alt Win-con, though it exiles spells. might -2 this guy and add +2 Blistercoil Weird

Instants

Dragonshift - Alt win-con, NOTE Nivix Cyclops does get the buff before D-shift resolves, so it becomes a flying 7/4
Same with Guttersnipe dealing 2 damage, before D-shift resolves.

Dynacharge - One of the Main pump spells for our Big Daddy.

Though Scour - Cheap Mill and you get a draw! cheap pump for Nivix

Weapon Surge - Gives +1 and 1st strike. See where I'm Going with this?

Enchants

Chronic Flooding Hinder's opponent's mana ramp while milling.

Sorceries

Artful Dodge - Put this on Nivix and you get BioShock Infinite

Hidden Strings - helps our mill, and can tap potential blockers.

Walkers

Ral Zarek - Tapping that Chronic Flooding 'ed land, and takes out pesky blockers and what-not.

So, What do you guys and gals think?

All suggestions, rants, hypocritical standpoints welcome.
