Perhaps include an Animate Dead and Worldgorger Dragon . Together these can achieve infinite mana then you can do anything.. Like copy Scion of the Ur-Dragon into Shivan Hellkite and deal infinite damage, or even something like Exsanguinate .

I'd replace some of your legendary dragons with the Kamigawa spirit dragons. Dromar, Teneb, and Darigaaz are all too slow, but when replaced with Ryusei, Kaiga, and Yosei, people will fear the reprocussions of targetting Scion. Nice build.

Seems like a solid deck list so far. The only real suggestion that I have for you would be to consider using Prismatic Omen (sorry but I just joined and can't do the card tag thing yet.)

Kokusho, the Evening Star is still banned as commander, which i think is fair. he's not all that tough to play around. why isnt there any Dragon Broodmother ? Warstorm Surge would be fun as well, since all the dragons are massive

Well sir Dragon Broodmother is nice but the 1/1 tokens take time for them to get big. Right now the way the deck has ran for me in tournaments is been very good and fast and i feel it would slow me down a little. Warstorm Surge s is nice I just don't like it in this deck but thats just my taste. Hellkite Charger is a card i would like to add to the deck but the only one i have is in another deck. I suggest maybe a good old rite of replication or a scourge of valkas and a skittles the blight dragon for some nice infect combos with moltensteel dragon.
