So, I love the concept of The Scion of the Ur-dragon. He's a dragon's dragon, he can be any kind of dragon at a moments notice. How cool is that?! This deck is intended to be a dragon tribal deck. I'm looking to keep the deck under $250.

So, the primary win condition is getting out Kokusho the Evening Star (possibly from the graveyard) and casting a kicked rite of replication, to drain the table and gain a ton of life if anyone survives.
