Have you looked at Hellkite Charger or Aggravated Assault? Being that you have Prophet of Kruphix, Bear Umbra, and plenty of mana ramp cards?

Pheardemons: I have been looking at Hellkite Charger. I think I might play test him in the coming weeks. Although I don't see how Prophet of Kruphix works with him.

Yea my bad my thought process was untapping lands I forgot when Prophet of Kruphix effect took place. If you're debatting on adding Hellkite Charger another dragon to consider would be Savage Ventmaw.

Savage Ventmaw + Hellkite Charger is pretty interesting. I might have to try it out! Thanks for the insight!

I would cut the counterspells. You only run two of them and they both need . With Bear Umbra, I'm a big fan of Aggravated Assault. Your other option is to add a Conspiracy to your deck as well as an Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. Becuase what's better than having your general become an indestructible annihilator 4 10/10 that shuffles itself in to the deck only to do it again next turn?

It's a good idea, but Scion of the Ur-Dragon's ability only turns it into dragons, Ulamog, the Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre is an Eldrazi :-(

I didn't say it was worth a card slot, just making a guess as to why it is in the deck

I going to try your deck out as a starting point to make my own. This thing looks amazing. I may combine yours and MrAwesomeSocks. Side board combo's vs swarm just to change up styles and try them all out. I love the OH CRAP, THERE BE LOTS OF DRAGONS feel but also love the combo feel of his. I think you have given me the best starting point to find a plays style that works for me with dragons.

Ecthaelion: I am glad you like it! I really need to update the list though... I'll try to have the changes up by tonight.

If you use Conspiracy naming dragons, it turns ALL creatures in your deck into dragons, not just the ones in play. That means that Scion can then tutor for any creature card in the deck.

Have you considered Sneak Attack? It goes well with Worldgorger

I believe Prophet of Kruphix is banned now, no? I had to cut Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund because my playgroup decided that Bribery should be a deck staple. +1

This is exactly where I was wanting to take the deck as well. Just a fun deck with beat face dragons. Do you feel like it should be packing any more removal? Since we're in all 5 colors...we have access to a lot. But I know the point will be to keep the creature count high. I do see that you aren't running Savage Ventmaw and that would be the one suggestion I have. I'd put that back in and also throw in an Aggravated Assault. My group can get a little competitive so it's nice to have a 2 card win condition, plus any dragons you've got on the field.

I'm surprised mana confluence isn't in the lands since its basically another city of brass, would be better than crucible of the spirit dragon imo.

Also I'd remove karthus since 1 clone effect makes you lose your dragons and hex proof / shroud can't stop it.

irongills: I am kind of trying to keep away for combos that would be found in a Scion of the Ur-Dragon deck. I really just want to win by running people over with my dragon horde! I will be taking a second look at this deck-list later tonight and tomorrow, and making some changes. I was honestly hoping for more suggestions then I got this week. A ton of Upvotes, but not to many comments...

Zeros294: Mana Confluence is going in for sure. It is just one of those things that I missed in the first version of the list I guess. Do you have any other suggestions? :)

Just the name of this list itself deserved an up vote. Very well done sir :)

Homeward Path for Bribery/Treachery effects? Also I think you should remove Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund as it is just too risky over clone effects and can backfire big time.

Papa_Dingo: Thank you for the Upvote! I am pretty proud of the name! The deck need a bit of work though. I just through it together to see what everyone would think.

Enral: Strangely enough, I don't see very many Briberys or controlling effects in my meta. However, I will keep my eye out for it, and have a card on the sideboard to take Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund out if needs be. People are normally cool enough to admit if they are playing those kinds of cards. The couple people I know play clones and Bribery I can spot from a mile away! Thank you for the suggestions though! Anything else you think I am missing?

So a sweet card I came across a while back for this deck would be Dream Halls. Discard a creature to play your commander + tax, or almost any other creature for free in a 5 color deck is pretty sweet.

sorry for double post, ment spell not just creature :p (didn't see a edit option)

Agree with Zeros294 that dream halls is a pretty insane card for being able to drop your commander very cheap; but often quite risky in EDH and more of a "I'm going to win now" card than a high value face-beating card.Would definitely swap Elemental Bond for Temur Ascendancy if your mana base can afford it, will draw you an equivalent number of cards but gives hasty dragons which is KEY for attack strategy.Dragon Tyrant and Shaman of Forgotten Ways seem like strange additions to the deck for me, more so the former than the latter since now instead of tutoring for it as a scion clone to swing for damage, you're forced to pay that upkeep cost to keep what is effectively only a beater in play. Doesn't synergize with most of your cards. Tyrant's Familiar is also really sub-par considering we will almost never have our commander in play, especially not for a long period of time.
Since your ramp package is really good and hexproof is more versatile than shroud, maybe Asceticism is superior to Steely Resolve especially in that it grants you some bonus protection from wipes. You don't know when you might want to be able to target in an EDH game, and you always want the option to regenerate your ur-dragon.I really liked the look of Fist of Suns in the pre-con but honestly, it is SO niche in goldfishing and basically only serves to reduce your commander's tax, which isn't to say it's bad but considering how few dragons you are running at 7+ cmc, it doesn't really cheapen that many spells if you have it early. If it let you cast with instant speed It'd be an auto-include like Horde of notions' ability but I cut it from my version of the deck. I think of all the cards in the "ramp" package it's the worst.Replace Ancient Ziggurat with Mana Confluence and swap Homeward Path in for Cascading Cataracts from your sideboard, your curve will thank you and your fixing is fine without it; plus utility.I would also agree that you should throw in multi-combat synergies A la Aggravated Assault or Waves of Aggression, with possibility to go infinite via land untap abilities like Sword of Feast and Famine, Bear Umbra, Nature's Will or Savage Ventmaw who all help you to beat face even if you don't combo out. I think every EDH deck needs a combo-out strategy as a backup if the table stacks against them.
