Scion of the Ur-Dragon EDH

Uses Scion to instant speed tutor/transform into whatever is most suitable for nuking someone at the moment. They're about to combo out? Nicol Bolas nukes their hand, They have a massive army of tokens? Balefire Dragon wipe their board. You don't like them very much? DO BOTH.

Ramp up early, then start dropping dragons into your yard. Once you've gotten a few of the good ones you've either already killed the opponent... Or you can start bringing them back to finish the job.

Some dragons leave lasting effects like Vorosh and Rith, and others can let you hit more and more, like the Bear Umbra/Sword of Feast and Famine and Hellkite Charger combo or the Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Tandem Lookout / Curiosity combo.

Even without an equipment on him, the Scion can protect itself on your opponents turns. If they try to target it with any removal, transforming it into a Quicksilver Dragon will do the trick.

A variety of answers and options are available, and the Scion should be able to tutor most of them out.

Even if the large beasties are drawn and sitting in your hand, the ramp will let you hardcast them
