Hey you do know that nissa can't be used as a commander

Cool idea. Garruk's Horde is another way to cast your top creature, and Call of the Wild lets you cheat out your top card for 2GG. If it's in your budget, Scroll Rack and Sylvan Library are excellent ways to dig and manipulate the top of your library.

Willdorf Thanks for the suggestions! Sadly in my current financial state I cannot afford Scroll Rack or Sylvan Library, however I will certainly put them up for consideration once I acquire the necessary funds. The Horde is interesting and I'll certainly highly consider him, and I've never heard of Call of the Wild till now so thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Actualy fragarach97, I think a commander EDH format would be great, that's why I'm also working on it.
This deck looks great, maybe you could add a Master Biomancer and/or a Fleetfeather Cockatrice?

fragarach97 you are my hero....I love Pygmy Hippo!!! You need (I think) to make him hit Seedborn Muse + Opposition. The one and only problem is that in we can't tutor enchantment or transmute for CMC. But trust me when you see Opposition in game it makes a significant difference. For the rest you have a good build, maybe Fauna Shaman to tutor more easily Magus of the Future so you can replace Future Sight. For some counterwar Mystic Snake is excellent with Momir Vig, Simic Visionary to tutor Draining Whelk and/or Venser, Shaper Savant, you can simply cast it, see if you can draw a creature and rebounce him back to your hand. If you go infinite mana with Deadeye Navigator Brutalizer Exarch to remove all but creature and/or tutor any creature is a good out-win! Last suggestion.....Cloudstone Curio to make all more repetable can fit well.

Sphinx of Jwar Isle is always a nice body for a deck like this. It may not seem synergistic, but I like to run Telepathy and/or Glasses of Urza in situations like this. When you're looking into/setting up your future cards, you can't put a price on knowing what's coming from the other side of the board.
Along the lines of Imprisoned in the Moon is Song of the Dryads in green.
Throwing my support behing Scroll Rack and Sylvan Library. Rack is really good in its own right, though not as generally powerful as Library, but in your deck Scroll Rack would become a signature card.

Will_Of_Ulamog Thanks for the suggestions, let me know how it turns out! The Cockatrice I think is a bit overcosted, but I really like the Biomancer and will find room for him when I have the time.

DVLuca When I saw Hungry Hungry Hippo, I thought he was hysterical and put him in as a two drop on the curve. I like the idea of using him to the fullest, and I'd certainly love to eventually get a muse, but I have reservations about Opposition... perhaps it's because I've never seen it in action before? On the other hand, I love Deadeye and Venser/Snek, but I'm not really worried about getting into counter wars as I'm pretty much the only dedicated blue player in my playgroup. Usually my counter spells go entirely unchallenged. Thanks for the suggestions and I'll see what I can do.

zensunni I adore the politics behind Telepathy. Everyone knows what each other is up to... except for me of course. That and the guy who blows it up usually has something to hide. As for Song, I love it and that's exactly why it's already in the deck XD... Jokes aside, I understand how good rack and library are in this deck and will get them once I can afford them, which should be relatively soon.

Haha, I saw that you had Song in there just right after I posted and immediately felt foolish.I love the concept by the way. I just saw that Nissa the day I saw this deck and it blew me away. I always wanted to get some people together to make planeswalker EDH too, but it never happened yet.

Super sweet theme and interactions! I've also built a deck around a planeswalker, it also happens to be with the same colours and strong with the walker's themes. Here's the link if you're interested. Kiora, Sovereign of the Depths

If my meta would be okay with this, I would totally try!

Thank you! Thank you alot!
I wanted to make a UG EDH with my loveliest cards, but every commander I've tryed wanted more competitive cards.
When I accidentaly found your deck I thought "If I want to play casual cards, why not to play casual commander".
P. S. I hope with printing Ixalan they'll make planeswalkers legal as commanders

Rigol Hey it doesn't get much more casual than using a Planeswalker as your commader! Sadly I feel that, even if they become Legendary permanents, they still won't be legal as Commanders, making me very sadfaced. But hey, we can always hope!

Given the number of creatures in the deck and the topdeck manipulation you have, i'm surprised to not see Lurking Predators

mortilus Oh it's a great card for the deck, I simply don't have one yet. Once I do, you can sure as hell bet I'll find a cut for it.

Hyperalgialysis I'd run her if she wasn't banned in EDH...

The no planeswalkers as commanders rule is really retarded TBH.

Wouldn't a better name for this be "Scry me a River"?
