The plan behind this is to get Flamespeaker Adept out and buffed. Voyage's End can be used to remove blockers and buff if Aqueous Form isn't on it. Spell removal and card draw along with the all scry itself is great at finding Flamespeaker. And Meletis Charlatan can double any buff I have. I'd like to keep this somewhat cheap if at all possible. A good replacement for Prognostic Sphinx would be great as he is high on the mana curve.
