First things first, I like the theme and I'm impressed that you were able to build this deck out of an intro pack and then some. I do have some suggestions for you to make the deck better.

1. Take out the cluestones. They are bulk. They're not worth your turn 3.

2. You should probably take out 2 Bladetusk Boar and 1 Purphoros's Emissary for 3 Aqueous Form .

3. At least 2 Font of Fortunes should be swapped out for Magma Jet .

4. Both Prescient Chimera should be swapped out for Prognostic Sphinx .

i mainly added the Cluestones and Font of Fortunes for their draw abilities. the trouble was that i can scry til the cows come home but if i want the card that i scry, it doesn't do me any good until next turn. i thought that if i can scry and then draw, i get the card i need and it also opens up room to scry again without having to scry the same card over and over.

Aqueous Form looks great, would be handy to use on Flamespeaker Adept , thanks.

I also thought about adding some Titan's Strength as another cheap Buff for the Flamespeakers but not sure if it will fit?

Magma Jet was originally my first choice but i don't own any copies so i had to borrow a friends for the night. (i feel a singles order coming on very soon)

First off, I'd def add in 4 Temple of Epiphany . Portent of Betrayal is a very fun card to use in scry decks. Omenspeaker would be a really good creature to have in as well as Dissolve for good protection. I would take out the bladetusk's, the emissary's, and the shorestalkers as they all are good cards but they don't really put any use or effort into the mechanic/deck theme you're going for. Maybe add some Sigiled Skink as well. I have an Izzet scry deck on my profile if you wanna check it out! But anyways nice deck so far!

I would definitely try to add Shivan Reef and/or Temple of Epiphany into the mana base, not just for the extra scry from the temple, but this would also help the mana fixing. Also i would run 4 Dissolve instead of 2 and 2 Stymied Hopes . I highly recommend trying to get your hands on a Keranos, God of Storms it would help get extra draw and some spot removal aswell.

thatopdawg i do plan to swap the Stymied Hopes out to run 4 Dissolve i just dont have any more copies yet.

Keranos, God of Storms would be good for extra draw, i would have to see how it went though as Thassa, God of the Sea 's scry ability is really good to pump the Flamespeaker Adept , then you just pay 2 to make it unblockable.

i find the mana isnt too bad for this deck as you scry almost every turn, but those are really good, especially Shivan Reef , thanks for the suggestion.

Why not take out 2 voyage's end's and replace with a Magma Jet and a Proganstic Sphinx? I know the voyage's end provide a removal for cheap and a scry but I think that the flier and scry is a better option and a magma jet helps remove pesky creatures.
