Started as my Tromokratis deck, but I wanted to A) add more big sea monsters B) move away slightly from heavy control C) add the 2 Kiora planeswalkers. Obviously, since I wanted Kiora, it had to be UG, so I chose Zegana as I was planning on playing big dumb creatures, so why not draw a bunch of cards and get a huge commander as a result? This deck is a blast to play, but is definitely hindered by the fact that I am unwilling to remove any of my 9 drops. Grozoth is my personal favorite "finisher", because if you can resolve him you just got a hand's worth of material, including Artisan of Kozilek, so if you have to discard, who cares?

Edit 4/4/2018: found a Greater Good last week and that prompted me to update my list here. 8 cards out, Rhystic Study and Boundless Realms among them, so I could boost the power of a few other decks. However Greater Good alone made Laboratoy Maniac go from a backup to a valid primary win condition, especially if I can activate the Myojin's ability before saccing my board to it.
