I made this budget modern Seance deck from scratch, with a lot of playtesting. It's very fun, and I made it to be an awesome toolbox deck that could get "infinite" value (over time). This deck gives you a very large amount of options, and can basically fuel itself once it gets the self-mill engine going.

There are several interactions in this deck, so I will just mention a few:

Tainted Remedy + Beacon of Immortality = instant kill combo

Seance + Pull from Eternity + Eternal Witness + (Parallel Lives or Anointed Procession) = "infinite" loop/chain of cards from your graveyard to your hand over time

Seance + 2x Pull from Eternity + Eternal Witness + (Parallel Lives or Anointed Procession) = "infinite" loop/chain of cards from your exile to your graveyard over time

Seance + Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage populate ability + any creature in your deck = "infinite" loop/chain of creature tokens that stay on the battlefield, and wins the game over time by grinding out more value with the populate ability as a mana sink (a very powerful one)

Siege Rhino ...you can figure that one out easily. (You can win just by abusing the "enters the battlefield" drain ability trigger.)

Glittering Wish is there for an even larger toolbox, which is your sideboard. You can even get as many cards from your sideboard into your mainboard as you want in the same game! I'll let you figure it out. Most of the fun with this deck is finding all the different kinds of interactions. Have fun with it!
