SB: Languish -> MB: Snapcaster Mage ~> SB: Collective Brutality

Collective Brutality is nice, but really dependend on the Matchup, while Snapcaster Mage is just pure value in this Deck. Still thinking about adding a second Damnation to the Sideboard, because Decks like Merfolk, Elves, Humans, Kiki Chord and Death & Taxes need answers.

Ancestral Vision -> Inquisition of Kozilek

Better save than sorry.

Any suggestions are welcome :)

SB: Languish + Sower of Temptation -> 2x Disdainful Stroke

[07.09.2017]

SB: 2x Rain of Tears -> Scion of Oona + Sower of Temptation

I feel like this is a wider plan when sideboarding against things like Tron decks.

[05.09.2017]

Spell Pierce -> Liliana of the Veil

[04.09.2017] (Looks like this change already won a game for me, but its hard to play around all the removal)

Leyline of the Void -> Sower of Temptation

[30.08.2017]

Question now is: What to change next with ne smallest amount of money, that would make the biggest impact on the competitive level?

Ideas:

  • Liliana of the Veil
  • Snapcaster
  • Watery Grave
  • Mutavault
  • Creeping Tar Pit
  • Remand
  • Damnation (SB)

Now even Scion of Oona had to make room, some cards are just more important than luring a Lightning Bolt or Path to Exile. Two Mana Leak's and a Spell Pierce have to go for a single copy of Liliana of the Veil and the full Playset of Snapcaster Mage. ....at least until I find something with comparising value for this Deck. Also the single Duress in the Mainboard has to make room for another Collective Brutality. Its just neccessary in this Deck, to deal with lategame disadvantages like the Overwhelmingly massive Manabase of 23 Lands (even if its already stripped down from 24).

Oona's Blackguard was not responsable enough against combo decks, but Scion of Oona is doing great here. Oona's Prowler had to go for Vendilion Clique to handle the lategame card disadvantage with Collective Brutality of a lategame Ancestral Vision or Bitterblossom.

Snapcaster Mage is new to the board and working well with things like Fatal Push, Spell Pierce, Inquisition of Kozilek or even Murderous Cut, but for best results, use Cryptic Command or Notorious Throng.

~

Target is to drop a early Bitterblossom and protect it with something like Scion of Oona for later use with Notorious Throng,

or make the Opponent go crazy with Spellstutter Sprite, Cryptic Command, Countersquall and other Counterspells while

you let them discard the keycards off the hand with spells like Inquisition of Kozilek or Thoughtseize

only to drop a Mistbind Clique when he least awaits it or buff the tokens made with Notorious Throng or Bitterblossom with a decent Scion of Oona.

Of course we play all of our faerie dust addicted mother** during the turn of the opponent, I can only call this psychological warfare!
