I've always loved the Ravnican guilds, and The House Dimir especially. A very poorly designed mill deck was one of my very first deck and ever since I've maintained a casual one, but as I'm finally starting to transition into competitive play, I figured I'd attempt to try my hand at making at the very least a semicompetitive deck that I could take to my LGS's modern nights.

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank is one of the big wincons, as well as just milling while his ability is out, since two Glimpse the Unthinkable 's while it's out would be the full 20. Alternatively, just rushing with the phantasms might work.

Looking for advice on whether I've got a good balance, and if there's anything that should likely be swapped out. thanks!
