Erm... this might seem silly, but what about Trade Routes? Probably not, but it has a bit of potential with Dakmor Salvage.

Swap a k-command for a singleton Conflagrate as a wincon? I had some trouble with losing too many lands to the 'yard from dredge meaning I missed lethal when testing.

You could try Chain Lightning on the swans, a friend of mine used it with Conflagrate, so he could just discard Conflagrate to repeat it's effect then Flashback it so you could discard your deck basically to deal a bunch of damage

Actually picaralho Blasphemous Act would be more consistant. Here is a version of the deck that seems super fun; when it existed in 2009 http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/cascade-swans-2009-05-27

A version of this with 42 lands, Treasure Hunt, and a bunch of random fun-ofs won a regional modern tournament recently.

Thanks for checking out the deck, guys. And Jerkoid good of you to answer :)
Dakmor Salvage is an interesting topic. It definitely has its problems. But it is a piece in a winning combo. The way I see it the deck could go two ways: combo kill with Dakmor as a key piece, or Grixis control with Swans as a draw engine. I'm not too happy about going for the long game with the Swans in play, since it gives the opponent more opportunity to exploit it. I will toy with it though :)
And also try out committing more to the combo with a card that let's me reshuffle the graveyard into the library, like Maggot_brainz suggested :)
