4x Hada Freeblade, 4x Expedition Envoy, 4x Kazandu Blademaster, 4x Jwari Shapeshifter - The Beaters and cheap Ally trigger enablers
4x Kabira Evangel, 0-4x Lantern Scout, 0-4x Ondu Cleric, 0-4x Selfless Spirit - Allows the deck to live, whether by providing protection against x color, gaining tons of life, or providing mass indestructible
1-2x Mirror Entity - Mana sink, pumps everybody for big swings
Non-Creatures:
4x Collected Company, 0-4x Lead the Stampede - Allows for big plays, instant speed triggers, or refilling your hand
Land:
20 land to increase space for creatures to increase the consistency of Collected Company and Lead the Stampede, 0-4x Field of Ruin for Tron, Manlands, etc.
Sideboard:
Kataki, War's Wage for Affinity/artifact hate, Thalia, Guardian of Thraben for control, Thalia, Heretic Cathar for aggro and Valakut variants, Path to Exile as multi-purpose creature removal, extra Lead the Stampede, Ondu Cleric and/or Lantern Scout for aggro/Burn, Selfless Spirit for board wipes and creature protection
Maybes:
Aether Vial for 0-mana instant speed Ally triggers (most notably w/ Kabira Evangel for protection), Chord of Calling for tutoring for silver bullets/combo pieces/more triggers, Dusk//Dawn for help with bigger decks (Death's Shadow maybe?) and recovering creatures in long games, Eternal Witness to reuse Collected Company and Lead the Stampede or other cards, Reclamation Sage for enchantment removal and hard artifact removal, Hagra Diabolist for an alternate win condition, Mutavault for instant speed triggers/recurrable triggers
