Take early hits the first two or three turns while you gather land. Declare blockers, then Cloudshift before damage resolves. Get rid of jerks with Fiend Hunter, Selesnya Charm, or Oblivion Ring. Oh, and do some more Cloudshifting to gain life with Centaur Healer or Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and make Thragtusk or Armada Wurm tokens.

Took 7th place at a local FNM out of 36 people. I won at least 1 round of every match, but made some bad decisions, kept some terrible hands, and forgot to flash in a Restoration Angel on the other dude's turn like a jerk. I also didn't have a sideboard.
