Is Hatebears a good deck right now in modern?

This is a list i just put together. i am new to modern just not new to magic. i have been playing modern for a year, but there arent that many modern events where i am. I played a event with this and went 2/2. i think the list is pretty strong but i dont know much about the deck and how it truly interacts with tier 1 decks. advice would be great.

Update: I am trying to get the right formula for my deck list. I want to fit some more cards but just cant, getting a lot of mixed opinions. I want to be oppressive but at the same time i want to beat down my opponents.
