This is Selesnya counters, with Solemnity. And no I am not running Solemnity because I am deathly afraid of infect decks that I would put this much of a nonbo in the deck.
So this deck is Selesnya and cares about counters but we don't actually want counters on our stuff. The main card of this deck is Solemnity so none of our stuff can get counters.
We can utilize Solemnity to negate downsides on our cards like Exemplar of Strength
We also take advantage of some persist cards like Kitchen Finks and Safehold Elite which with Solemnity means that they can never die since they never get the -1/-1 counters on them.
Of course we are running Nine Lives too cause not being able to lose is pretty nice.
Ramp is always nice but we aren't going to use Llanowar Elves or anything like that, instead we have an infinite combo with Devoted Druid. Now we only have one card in the deck that we can sink this infinite mana into but infinite mana is infinite mana.
Now all this is cool, but how do we win? (Granted you can get Nine Lives to not be able to lose but still) So wizards made an oopsy, they decided to make a wincon, as a land. yes a land. This card is Dark Depths, with Solemnity the second you get this card onto the battlefield you get Marit Lage. So yeah you should probably be able to win now.
We have some other cards that find Solemnity like Idyllic Tutor and Sterling Grove. Sterling Grove also gives Solemnity shroud so that will make it very tough to deal with.
I also have some copies of Crop Rotation to get out Dark Depths from the library.
So yeah that's the deck, is it good? Not really. Will people groan every time you throw down Nine Lives? Yes definitely.
