Selesnya stomp

Working on a Selesnya stomp concept that ISN'T $300. Trying to cut the cost as much as possible. So what we have is a pretty standard concept I think. First turn Arbor Elf or Avacyn's Pilgrim, followed by a Precinct Captain with a Rancor or a Loxodon Smiter. 3rd turn Silverblade Paladin for early stomp. 4th turn would hopefully be a luck draw of a Wolfir Silverheart for more stomping. Still looking for ways to cut cost without cutting power. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My first thought is to cut the Sunpetal Grove and Temple Garden, but I don't know if it's my imagination or what... but it doesn't seem to be anywhere near as effective without them. Might also sideboard or just straight up take out Rogue's Passage for something else. Also unsure about the Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage and the Collective Blessing since they don't seem to be as usful as some other things I could put in.

Updates Add

Deck is more focused now and aims for an earlier win, while still holding onto potential for midgame with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and Armada Wurm. Precinct Captain, Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage, Rogue's Passage and Collective Blessing have been removed in favor of more copies of more useful cards. Ratios for Selesnya Charm and Call of the Conclave have been adjusted in favor of Selesnya Charm. The utility is too good to pass up for just the potential to have a creature token with 1 power and toughness more, especially when I've moved away from the populate mechanic. Also added Sundering Growth for instant removal and to save Oblivion Ring for other potential targets.
