I think a decent card for your deck could be Unflinching Courage . While it is 2 mana more expensive than Rancor , it gives your creatures +2 to their defense and Lifelink, so that might be a card to consider

Im sure you know about Voice of Resurgence up there in price but I would drop down to 2Grove of the Guardian then put in 4Rancor unless your preparing for rotation. So you should go 2Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and lose the Ethereal Armor and only run 24 lands at most Temple Garden and Sunpetal Grove are nice I would run a play set of both, maybe like 8 Forest and 6 Plains sounds about rite to me. Oh and lose the guild gates and the gate keeper vines. If you want of course these are only tips of mine.

Good suggestions all around! I used to have rancors, but I did take them out to prepare for rotation. The rest of your suggestions are very good, but limited by my lack of money =P. I'll attempt them as soon as I can, though.

Is there not a way to get both Rancor and Unflinching Courage in there?Maybe 4 Rancor and 2-3 Courage...

There's nothing wrong with Pacifism , but Oblivion Ring might be more versatile.

I have not seen anyone play Frontline Medic in Selesnya. Are your guys just big enough so that becoming indestructible is not relevant?

@JasonBrown669 I might be able to put the Armada Wurm s in place of the Avacyn's Pilgrim s once they rotate out, but I'm hoping Theros will provide something that'll fit the same niche (though I may just replace them with Elvish Mystic ?)

I agree with you on the Oblivion Ring , but that'll be rotating out soon, too )=. I could put it in for now, but here's hoping Theros will get me something nice to replace Rancor , that, and Avacyn's Pilgrim

Frontline Medic would definitely be helpful, but I'm not sure what I'd take out that doesn't do a lot of good in this deck, and Rootborn Defenses is there for the emergency-indestructability with a bonus populate.
