Sigarda, Host of Herons mayhaps? Hexproof makes her challenging to get rid of and she's really good at keeping your board state intact while you sit back and watch your opponents fight each other.

Asceticism is also a stupidly good card that can give your creatures a bit more staying-power.. (Or it can paint a target on your head, depending on your opponents)

Also Razorverge Thicket is a good dual land in Selesnya Colors.

Thanks! I have been staring at Sigarda, Host of Herons as a possible card to add that I already have. Would be a great way to keep my elves alive. I didn't even THINK about Asceticism! Definite add in! Dual lands are also always the best to have.

Cool deck. I was thinking about making a Selvala Tiny Leaders deck (a different EDH commander format) with elves. I actually ended up making a deck that's exactly what you don't like about green with her for Commander, but what I can say is that Asceticism is really good. Lurking Predators has also been a really nice inclusion for me. Wolfbriar Elemental also fits your mana-crazy/token theme, and it has worked really nicely for me.

I actually added Wolfbriar Elemental already :p nothing like a bunch of wolves that may get some death touch along the way. I am currently working on getting Asceticism to be added to the deck. I will have to think on Lurking Predators, as I am not sure where it would fit into the deck. I really like the suggestions tho!

Ah, I must've overlooked the elemental. I think Asceticism is truly magnificent. You might want to consider a permanent that gives indestructible, too, like Soul of New Phyrexia, Avacyn, Angel of Hope. It will help evade the countless boardwipes in commander.

With the amount of life gain you are running, Archangel of Thune seems like it would be worth considering in this deck. You may also want to look into the silliness that can be accomplished with Quirion Ranger/Scryb Ranger, as they can give you a dramatic amount of mana in a turn, especially if you run Exploration/Burgeoning. Various tutors could also help you dig out what you are looking for, with some of the better ones being Chord of Calling, Worldly Tutor and Enlightened Tutor.

I am already running Archangel of Thune and she has indeed won me a few games through the life gain shenanigans. I had no idea Quirion Ranger was a card! That will DEFINITELY be added in as soon as I make it to the shop. As always, land ramp and tutors have a special place in my heart. As soon as my wallet won't die after getting them (college student funds shakes fist at sky ) I will grab all of those.

Alhammarret's Archive is good outside of combo with your general. Lots of vallue to be had.

Also, Emmara Tandris is bad, especially since you can run Avacyn, Angel of Hope.

What do you think about running a Serra Avatar?

I actually used to run Serra Avatar but always found her underwhelming. A big creature that shuffles back is nice, but without Rogue's Passage out, taking someone out was tough.

Alhammarret's Archive sounds pretty nifty. Will look into it. Emmara Tandris doesn't hold a candle to Avacyn, Angel of Hope, but an elf with prevent damage for 1% of the cost? I can handle that for now lol. She will be a placeholder for the real thing (:

I would say a heavy control deck, if you want my opinion. This deck provides the beat down and synergy while a control would keep each opponent from responding. Hope that helps!

I would like to get your thoughts on Armadillo Cloak vs Path of Bravery

Armadillo Cloak is great if you are focused on only one creature and want consistent life gain and whatnot. Path of Bravery is only as good as the synergy you put with it. Since my life is consistently above 40 with this deck, along with so many creatures, Path of Bravery is better.

You know, Umbral Mantle is almost the same as Sword of the Paruns. I think you should run it, since they serve almost the exact same purpose. Illusionist's Bracers would make it that much easier to combo off, or just ramp super fast which is good too. Alhammarret's Archive will double your life gain and double Selvala's draw only for you. True Conviction is good for beatdown and lifegain. Vedalken Orrery would be good to instant play creatures at the end of your opponent's turn or in the middle of combat.

Lanzo493: Illusionist's Bracers doesn't work with Selvala as her ability is a mana ability. It also means players can't respond to her ability with things like Sensei's Divining Top.

When it comes to gaining life, personally I'm a huge fan of Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and Thragtusk. But, I can understand if you don't want to be that guy with 100+ life. Wall of Omens Angelic Gift and Life's Legacy give some nice card draw. As for mana ramp, Wave of Vitriol, while being one of most sideboardy cards ever, can be pretty helpful, as can Avacyn's Pilgrim Utopia Sprawl Endless Horizons and Extraplanar Lens. Commander decks are usually slow, and you should be able to cast all the extra cards you're drawing, so some cheap creatures could be useful too; Experiment One Young Wolf Wild Nacatl Scythe Tiger Scute Mob Student of Warfare and the ridiculous amount of other white weenies.

Momentous Fall and Hedron Archive seem like cards you'd like but I'm not sure how well they'd work here. Hope these at least give you some ideas on stuff to include.

I definitely didn't notice Ajani, Mentor of Heroes so I will definitely give him some thought! I also like the Scute Mob, as that card is an amazing one drop. However, I tend to have no trouble mana wise dropping down everything in my hand, ironically. Turn 4 Avacyn, Angel of Hope is pretty easy, actually. I never considered sacrifice in order to dig deeper into the deck. Thanks so much for pointing out that avenue!
