Great deck, but I do feel that the red is forced in. Because Wandering Fumerole isn't standard legal, you would need to find a different land base which would make this deck more inconsistent. I think a better approach would be to add a small treasure theme with 4 Sailor of Means to give red to Admiral Beckett Brass.

You're right, I changed the dual land to a standard dual land. I like having Daring Buccaneer as a probably one drop and the option to play Fiery Cannonade, so want to keep the red in. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I'm a big fan of how Wizards has made this game. They allow so many different types of decks (I mostly play casually with my friends, and I use what I call a "Destroy Deck," basically a black/green control deck that can almost always destroy creatures the turn after the opponent plays one). I love the fact that they have things like "Deal damage to every non-pirate creature" so that you can make amazing decks like this! I've never used a red deck in my entire magic career, but this one looks really fun to play. Would definitely include the Fiery Cannonade, maybe replace Lookout's Dispersal? Not sure, I haven't really played blue in a while either.
