Why are the shocks in the maybeboard? Lands (On a regular basis, dual lands don't provide for unfun gameplay)

@MirranTitan. The maybeboard is cards I want but can't afford/can't acquire at the current moment. I guess I forgot to say that earlier, my bad!!

a Glacial Chasm would be nice

@Bigteck. Glacial Chasm has too high of a cumulative upkeep for me to find comfortable as well as having to sacrifice a land... just isn't working for me. Use pressure from your flying beasts to go on the offensive instead of defensive. The best defense is a good offense, as they say. Thanks for the suggestion though!!

add in Baleful Strix , card:Sphinx's Revelation and Cavern of Souls (name sphinxes)

The shock lands a pretty good so I think you should be able to find some way to get them into the deck. At least as good as river of tears IMO. Also I'm very surprised to not see Vindicate anywhere on the page. I thought it was an auto-include in any deck with both white and black.

@Human_Rogue_21. I have card:Sphinx's Revelation in my Bruna, Light of Alabaster , and I feel it belongs in there more. And Cavern of Souls is way out of my price range atm. Baleful Strix looks interesting however ;) and @Doug31, the shocklands are very expensive as well as on my need to acquire list. I may have a chance of getting one though, so keep your fingers crossed haha. And I for the life of me cannot get my hands on a Vindicate due to their popularity and outrageous price. Soooo long story short I'm a poor college kid just making due with what I can. Thanks for the comments though, really appreciate it!! Sorry for taking so dang long to respond, exam week!!

If you are able to get your hands on one Consecrated Sphinx is amazing and on-theme! I have been working on a Sharuum EDH for a little while now and this deck is leaning me toward the Triplets. +1

@Kirtanian. I would love to get a Consecrated Sphinx , but it is expensive around here and I cannot afford much of anything at the moment. Stupid college. Anywho, I have it on my to get list cause it is SO GOOD. Also, Sen Triplets is the best general ever, so use her. Not biased. Promise. Swear. K cool ;)

You should look at Forced Fruition ,it could work well with your commander.

@StYY. I understand what you're coming from, but I don't like Blightsteel Colossus in any of my deck. I find him kind of boring and too ridiculous, as he's a staple in pretty much any deck with ramp. I appreciate your idea though, he's just not my thing!! As for Forced Fruition Spamman2010, any card that makes your opponent go through his deck faster than he/she wants is going to put a MASSIVE amount of hate upon yourself, for no one likes to mill or discard their hand. Also, unless they have a no max hand size hard in play, they will discard before your turn, and Sen's ability makes their hand yours on your turn, so it wouldn't even work then. Good idea, but again, not my thing. Thanks though!! :)

You might want to put Jace Beleren in for the extra card drawing on you and your opponents, and also Mind Control If you can't get out a board wipe, why not use this!Put Life's Finale into your deck.

Fine deck, mate. +1. Also, maybe try to include a Treasure Mage . And I've never considered using Jace, Memory Adept , does it work well? And as general question, how does the deck fare in games? can you usually hold your own?

@Balls_of_Justice. Thanks man! Not to toot my own horn, but this deck does so well I usually get targeted immediately or I get out of control. As for the other cards, I like Treasure Mage , I just have never gotten around to getting one haha, and Jace, Memory Adept is there strictly cause I pulled one and he's reusable card draw. @Loiden, I use the the Memory Adept since I don't have a Beleren. Mind Control and Life's Finale are good and all, but I have other cards to work in their stead. For everyone else, I have gotten some new cards on the way from trades and whatnot so I will be updating this list shortly. I'll be sure to say what I omitted in case someone is using/wants this particular list, for it's still boss haha. Thanks everyone!!

After seeing this deck I realize that this is just stupid good and amazingly hilarious... You have inspired me to build an Esper EDH deck myself. May many victories be with you and this silly deck.

I like your deck. I also have a Sen Triplets deck that I love to play. I've been tweaking it for a couple years now, and I'm going to try out some of the ideas I see here. It's funny what different groups find OK. The people I play with frown on infinite loops, but counter magic is just fine. The card I needed to pull from my deck because my group didn't like it was Magister Sphinx.

One card that I don't see in your deck that I've had good results with is Noetic Scales . With the Sen Triplets you can play cards out of your opponents hands, and Noetic Scales penalizes them for not having the cards you just took by making them return all higher power creatures to their hand on their upkeep. I often find myself tutoring for that card.

It's nice to see the Triplets put to such good use. Thank you for the ideas.

@dschachmatt. Thank you so much for your input!! I barely get away with my Magister Sphinx due to my claim of sphinx theme, but I can definitely see why you can't play yours haha. So good! And I like the card you suggested. Interesting concept that I could definitely work around and try out. My only concern is it returning my cards back to my hand if I'm in a pinch and topdecking due to some drastic discard effect or maybe going all in and getting board wiped by say Wrath of God . If you recommend it being efficient in these scenarios as well I just might have to pick one up!! Thanks for your input again and glad you appreciate what I have to offer!! :D

I find that with Sen Triplets in play I have to return creatures to my hand much less often than my opponents which makes it worth it. I also run creatures that make rebound a bonus for me; like Rune-Scarred Demon . There's nothing like a free tutor every turn in the late game with lots of Mana out. Like you I have a Consecrated Sphinx that I will go get often if the Noetic Scales are out. And how devastating would Magister Sphinx be in a multiplayer game if you got to rebound it each turn. A rebounding Chancellor of the Spires would also be a huge help if your opponents are heavy on the instant or sorcery spells. Evil Twin would be cool to rebound if there were a lot of legendary creatures out (pick them off one by one by duplicating them). That works great with people's generals; a couple hits with the Evil Twin on successive turns and they're too expensive to cast. Sanctum Gargoyle and Sharuum the Hegemon would work well rebounding. Sphinx of Uthuun would be insane with all the card advantage you could get, and Sphinx Summoner could get you an artifact from your library every turn. If you rebound the right creatures, you could dominate; especially with the Quicksilver Amulet you are running, so you could rebound multiple creatures a turn one at 4 mana and one at cost). With a Voltaic Key you would really be in business. With the scales, amulet and key in play you could play two big power creature with a devastating casting ability each turn for 5 colorless mana each creature. And you wouldn't have to retool your deck to benefit because you already have the creatures.

I hope you don't take this as engineering your deck. You have a pretty strong deck with a lot of good ideas already rolling. These are a few ideas to kick around. To be honest I just thought of the voltaic key addition and I think I'm going to find room for it in my Triplets deck.

I'm glad you liked the Noetic Scales idea. Triplets decks are great fun.

I just put my Sen Triplets EDH deck up in my folder. I would very much like your suggestions and feedback. I was inspired by your deck to make a few tweaks to mine. I added Sharuum the Hegemon and Sphinx of Uthuun . I may add a few more cards when I play it as it is a few times to see what isn't working.
