It is my opinion that Surgical Extraction and Extirpate are good enough to be mainboarded. I picked the Shardless BUG template because I think it compliments extraction best. Your first turn should involve using a fetch land to play Deathrite Shaman (setting up a T2 Shardless Agent) or making your opponent discard with Inquisition of Kozilek or Duress and using Surgical Extraction on a valuable target. If you see Rest in Peace, kill it. Kill it with fire. Exile your opponent's threats, then smash them with creatures or use Jace, the Mind Sculptor deck them out.

As always, I'm a bit worried about the sideboard. I've tried to put something together that protects against popular decks like Storm, Junk, Lands, and Show and Tell. This deck should naturally be a good match against Miracles and Reanimator.
