darkmus I did not forget about the testing of Mask of Memory. In the end, I did not like it so much since it wasn't overly consistent for me going against a bunch of removal. I gave Sign in Blood a shot as a two of and that wasn't too bad. The 2 life was pretty negligible. Then for fun I decided to give Arguel's Blood Fast Flip and that is the one that I liked the most. I don't think it flipped in nay games and being able to draw at will if I had nothing else happening did come in handy.
Also, for what it is worth, I also threw in three Grafdigger's Cage over Rest in Peace (mostly because I didn't have RIP) and that seemed to work out pretty well in my matches last night.

DigitlViking sorry for not answering, I had some busy weeks, I have not really been playing. Thanks for testing! Great, noted that mask is not good enough. Argel's seems pretty nice, I didn't knew that one. Before Kaldheim I used to play Mazemind Tome (which I find quite similar to Argel's) and it was super good. You can't draw infinitely but the free scry was really useful in the early to mid game. You may want to check it out. I am trying Liesa, Forgotten Archangel as soon as I can get my hands on a couple of those as the new "let's see if this works as card advantage". Please correct me if I am wrong because I have not being able to find confirmation but I know that Bishop of Wings triggers the token creation ability for the dead angels even when a board wipe also kills her. The wording seems to be the same so I am assuming Liesa works the same way?
It seems that lately everything is very aggressive and we probably need a bit more removal in the side. Fateful Absence is a card I am totally finding a place for. Maybe even mainboard for the paths? I need to find some time to test, everything was easier in summer

darkmus No worries! Having now gotten a couple of additional games under my belt with the deck, I was also going to mention Mazemind Tome. I swapped those in for the Arguel's as well and have been liking them. Can still get the draw off of them which is nice.
I have a set of Liesa, Forgotten Archangel on my desk right now. I think I am also going to try slotting one in to see what happens. I also am not totally sure about how those triggers go, but it does seem to me like it matches the way Bishop is, so I think it would work the same way. Might just be something that makes me actually load up Arena to just see what happens.
Fateful Absence is something I have been thinking about giving a go as well, seems like it would be a decent try at least. I have thrown in a Savai Triome into the deck and often throw a fetch at it at the early turns since it is always tapped, but it allowed me to try Prismatic Ending with a bit more range and that has been doing pretty nicely for me at the moment as well. My local meta only has a couple of decks that things larger than 3 are a problem, at least that I have played against lately.

What do you think about running Seraph of the Scales ? Deathtouch seems quite good against Murktide Regent or Archon of Cruelty and you still have 2x 1/1 Blockers left after it dies.
For your Maybeboard: Night's Whisper seems like a better Sign in Blood to me in this deck since it's easier to cast.
Also a single Kaya, Orzhov Usurper in the sideboard seems nice in the current Meta: "+1" against Living End and other Graveyard strategies and "-1" against Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and Dragon's Rage Channeler.

I have not tried Seraph of the Scales at all, but then I also do not think I have specifically played this against any sort of reanimator. When I did play it, they had not really caught on at my LGS and lately I have been back on Grixis Control.
Anyway...I do not know what it is that I would pull out of the 4 slot for that as opposed to hanging on to a Path to Exile or Vindicate might end up being better than replacing anything in that slot, just my thoughts though. I was also considering a Kaya, Orzhov Usurper or two in the side since the reanimator decks have caught on.
Coming up, I am thinking about trying Markov Purifier for some card draw as a two of. Gaining life here is really easy, but unsure how bad that extra mana might be in the long run, but I figure it is worth a shot.

Oh, I love this deck! I will need to examine it further later. My first and favorite deck was a modern Angel tribal. (Fun to play but didn't preform well.) So I have started trying to make my own. But this one looks extremely fun to play.

Collected Company works SO amazingly well with angels and the way it works with their etb triggers that I'm very skeptical of running a list without it (along with more expensive angels). I hvaen't tried playing a modern (or even legit pioneer) angel deck lately, but I just came back to the game after a few years away and have been playing Explorer format Angels (basically mono-white + CoCo) on Arena and it's CRAZY effective rn. One of the very top decks for climbing the Explorer (or even Historic) ladder.
I've also tried w/o CoCo and the angels have so much synergy that it still feels great (using the 2-3drop angels only, and Ajani SotP and/or Skyclave Apparition over CoCo), but like I said the way in which CoCo has the angels all entering at the exact time makes that card (CoCo) REALLY strong (not to mention the normal advantages like playing at instant speed on oppo's end step, during combat, etc. and can enable Resplendent Angels to poop out tokens on your opponent's turn)
I assume you've either played a CoCo list or you're avoiding it on purpose, so I'm curious if it's just a case of not wanting to waste the $ or you're seeing better results without it?

Selesnya Angels (Explorer) is the list I was speaking of. It's just the cookie-cutter Explorer format meta-deck; One of 2/3 variations (that differ in 1-2 cards max).

Dragaan Hi, sorry I've been out of the game lately, it took me a while to answer. First of all, an angel deck is not going to be Tier-1 in modern, specially since MH2 (a big strength of angels was its survivability to bolt, but fury, solitude and unholy heat got the best of that). Before MH2 this thing was surprisingly competitive. I know coco, I've played it in arena angels. I play angels everywhere I play pretty much xD. It's a great card, you definitely can make it work in this decks with little changes, I have used it. But I don't win more with it than without it, it's about the same. Coco can wiff but mainly most of the times is so obvious when a coco is coming that in modern you rarely can get away with it. With cavern and vial creature spells rarely don't hit the battlefield. Plus it gives me deck building restrictions that I don't enjoy. Without it I can play Shalai, that combos with giver like a charm. And Archangel of thune which is devastating. Also now (I have to change the deck here) It runs Giada so I can ramp the big angels, and play 4cmc angels before I could play 4 cmc coco. Plus a couple Serra paragons for recursion/"card advantage", that wouldn't fly with coco. Also a few more changes to optimice the deck to this new cards.
At the end of the day, I haven't seen a significant change in win/loss ratio with it or without it, so I jus play the version I enjoy more.

I'm a sucker for tribal decks in general and angels are just awesome.
A neat tech option could be Chancellor of the Annex to slow down some hyper aggressive strategies... besides that I feel like Serra the Benevolent needs to be here in some capacity.... mana for a Serra Angel that leaves a planswalker behind to then Glorious Anthem if she survives seems strong in angel tribal... at least the flavor is hard to resist lol (but I have my own personal bias I just love Serra).

Icbrgr Chancellor is way to slow to be playable. And I love Serra too, I mean, look at the decks name! haha. But she is not good enough. I explain somewhere in this post why in detail but basically, the IF she survives is a very big if (in tens of matches maybe I got her ultimate twice, and I got there because I had already basically won). More often than not she was just a Serra angel (which is not great for modern). So for that I rather play a better 4cmc angel that can be flashed via vial or made uncounterable with cavern. I really wanted her to work though xD.

Hi, I really like how you twisted the deck to revolve around Sigarda, Font of Blessings, which is a really new card! (Always love constant up-to-date decklist). Having played a while using other decklist, there was a lot of time I considered for the safety of my angels since a random boardwipe card could turn the game upside down miserably, thank you for having mentioned it and giving someway to prevent it in the sideboard! Also, with how this decklist contains creatures with hexproof (love you Sigarda, Font of Blessings! You too, Shalai, Voice of Plenty), it makes me feel safer than ever, goodbye to those annoying target spells/abilities!
Since I'm new to this game, unfortunately I can't discuss or give any advice to improve the list because I'm still in a discovery phase, so all I can do now is learning (stealing) your list and having fun with it! I will comeback here every now and then to check for the update. Thank you and upvote! +1

Khoaemon Hi! as soon as a card that may fit is printed I give it a try, Minas Tirith is next as soon as my copy arrives, xD.
As a creature deck in a removal heavy format we can have a hard time, so I try to have our stuff protected as much as possible.Giver of Runes, Sigarda, Font of Blessings and Shalai, Voice of Plenty are amazing at protecting our stuff from targeted removal, and any 2 of them combo amongst themselves very neatly to have everything protected from everything but boardwipes.Heroic Intervention helps with that. Selfless Spirit is also a great card to consider in that spot, is not as good saving our stuff, but it gives us a fairly aggressive body with evasion that still synergizes with Righteous Valkyrie and is easier to cast. Pros and cons.
About Sigarda, Font of Blessings and Shalai, Voice of Plenty with vial they can even be used as short of "counter spells". I Love them. Don't worry, we all have learned brewing and deck building by "stealing decks". Just play it, see what you like and what you don't, and tweak those things to make it your own.
I want angels to be a thing, so I'll happily answer any question or doubt you have about the deck interactions, budget friendlier versions of cards or whatever if you have any!

What do you think about running a lower mana curve deck? Angels Modern Here I made a rough example of what I've been experimenting with. To get around card draw, I try to have a few cards that bring back cards from the yard.

[albanshqiptar] Sorry I haven't answered before, I haven't really been entering this site, thou I have kept playing and upgrading the deck. I in fact lowered the mana curve a bit and I have actually have tried and have some opinions and insights on some of the stuff you are trying in your deck. I will happily share it with you if you still want to.

DigitlViking Angel of Jubilation it's my choice amongst those cards also. It hits fetches so it's probably the one that disturbs the most decks and at least it's and anthem when the disruption doesn't matter. Only cons, dies to bolt and the triple white pip can be annoying from time to time.
The mask might be unplayable, or it might be great, It's probably better in my head than it will be in reality, xD, so yeah, please share your findings and your thoughts! The more people playing and play testing this deck the better it will get! Good luck with the deck and most importantly, have fun!
